« Sibelle Productions! » is the result of more than thirty years of experience in film work combined with eight years of work managing cultural development for Canadian communities. « Sibelle Productions! » is the first francophone production company in Newfoundland and Labrador. The company thrives to produce dramatic and documentary type films in the province; mostly but not exclusively in French.

Xavier Georges
Production Designer
Xavier Georges has devoted his career to the performing arts, with experience in Theatre, Television, Corporate Events, Music Videos, Commercials, Short and Feature length films. His work has been multidisciplinary, with ground experience from Technician all the way to Production Designer, Screenwriter and Producer. Xavier is also the founder of the French Cultural Network of Newfoundland and Labrador and of Rafale FM the french Newfoundland radio station. In 2014, Xavier incorporated Sibelle Productions! The first French production company in the province.Xavier is the creator and producer of the documentary series Hors Circuits which first aired on UNIS TV in April 2016 and on TV5 Monde in 164 countries and 24 languages in 2017. The series is currently in development for season 3. Since 1989, he has also been credited at the head of the Art Department on more than a hundred film productions, more recently on the series Hudson & Rex (1,2,3,4,5 and 6), Little Dog (1), Frontier (1,2,3) and Republic of Doyle (3,4,5,6). Xavier has been nominated for Best Production Design for his work on the drama feature Cast No Shadow at the Canadian Screen Awards in 2015. Xavier co-wrote, produced and directed the first French scripted series of the province “Justine à St. John’s” in 2021. He just completed the design of the feature film “Hangashore”.
Yatisa Suriyamongkol

Yatisa, a graduate of Arts and Communications from Bangkok University with over seven years of experience in the fashion industry, is an industry worker with multiple experiences and talents. She worked behind the camera after studies, as an assistant director for Thai television. Thanks to her background acquired in the fashion industry, she then worked on costumes and then confirmed herself in the distribution of roles. Creator of Hors Circuits and director of Sibelle Productions! Yatisa is now dedicated to production and brings a fresh perspective on Canadian management practices.

Editor, Sound Recordist
Mohera-Lily Baird-Georges is an editor, sound recordist, and graphic designer with dual Certificates in the College of the North Atlantic's TV & Film Post-Production and Technical Production Programs. She spent two years studying Digital Arts & Animation at the Ontario College of Art & Design. She designed an original UI for the film Sweet Angel Baby, as well as the artwork for a pinball machine seen in Hudson & Rex, Season 3, Episode 45. She was recently the picture editor for a six-minute commercial promoting Explore TNL and continues to be regularly sought out by both independent and big-budget productions for her creative designs and post-production expertise.
